Oman Principal TrainingIncreasing Leadership Capacity of Principals Throughout OmanSeward Incorporated, as part of the Middle East Partnership Initiative (funded by the U.S. State Department and implemented by Creative Associates, International, Inc.), was subcontracted to design, develop, and conduct Principal Leadership Training for Oman secondary school principals and deputy principals. The purpose is to increase the leadership capacity of principals throughout Oman. The training is comprised of 26 distinct topics, which in the initial training were presented as three, two-week workshops conducted over five months. A final one-week workshop was designed to engage Oman Ministry of Education leaders in a discussion about providing this training to all secondary school principals in Oman.
