Samoa Nurse's Training

Seward International provided training workshops to academic staff at the School of Nursing, National University of Samoa. Staff serves in health centers and also in rural areas. Goals were to prepare staff to develop and deliver online courses. This involved translating an existing face-to-face course to an online course using the Moodle instructional management system. The workshops, which provided university graduate credit from Bemidji State University, were held in Samoa, with mentoring continuing online through the year.
