Instructional Design Training and Moodle Training and Support

TILO is designed to help students think critically and improve their problem solving skills. TILO’s objectives are tied to MOE standards for student learning in several domains: computer-literacy skills; higher-order critical thinking skills; and active-learning, problem-solving, and cooperative-learning skills, for which computers open doors to an infinite range of creative and productive learning activities.

Creative Associates and its partners, Planning and Learning Technologies, Inc., Keys to Effective Learning Egypt, and Seward International formed a team with extensive experience in technology building and partnership development in Egypt and the Middle East. The partnership with Seward was described as essential to build the capacity of the stakeholder at the Ministry of Education and key staff in instructional design and online training development and delivery.

Seward's responsibilities include:

  • Provide training to Ministry of Education and project staff on the development of online courses using Moodle and related technolgies.
  • Provide consultation and support to the trained staff on instructional design online course creation in Moodle.
